Where indicated this appointment includes initiation of a medication plan, adjustment of an existing regimen, or a structured deprescribing conversation. We look at the whole picture before we touch a treatment plan.
For established patients. We review your treatment response, adjust medications where indicated, and continue building your plan. You will always know what we are doing and why.

We cover your symptom history, current medications, functional medicine considerations, and integrative treatment options including evidence-informed perspectives on psychedelic-assisted therapy and plant medicine. This is not a psychiatric evaluation and does not include diagnosis or prescription. It is a serious clinical conversation that gives you a clear map of your options and someone genuinely qualified to discuss them.

All appointments are conducted via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth. Payment is collected at time of appointment. RuLin Integrative Psychiatry does not bill insurance and is not paneled with any payer. Depending on your plan you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement and we are happy to provide a superbill on request. HSA/FSA accepted.
A note on controlled substances: Federal regulations currently restrict the prescribing of controlled substances via telehealth without an in-person evaluation on file. RuLin Integrative Psychiatry does not prescribe Schedule II-V controlled substances at this time. This includes stimulants for ADHD and benzodiazepines. We prescribe non-controlled psychiatric medications and are committed to finding effective treatment options wherever that is clinically appropriate.
