I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience, and I am not your average Nurse Practitioner. I am Western medicine trained and spiritually led, and my mission is to bridge those two worlds.

That journey started in oncology, where I spent years caring for some of the most vulnerable patients imaginable. What I noticed was not just their physical struggle but what was happening in their minds, their spirits, their sense of self. When it came time to choose my Nurse Practitioner path, mental health was not a difficult decision. It was the only one.

I practice integrative psychiatry, which means we look for the root cause of your symptoms rather than simply managing them. Medication has its place and I prescribe it, but as one tool in a much bigger toolkit. I also spent years working inside the insurance industry, which gave me a clear view of how it operates and exactly where it gets in the way of real care. That is why RuLin is cash-pay.

I moved 4,500 miles from everything I knew, raised children across two continents, completed my MSN while homeschooling my son, survived foreclosure, and built a practice from nothing. I did not give up on my patients because I have never learned how to give up on anything.
