This is where we start. A thorough clinical intake covering your presenting symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, family history, medications, diet, lifestyle, sleep, and relevant functional markers. Where indicated this appointment includes initiation of a medication plan, adjustment of an existing regimen, or a structured deprescribing conversation. We look at the whole picture before we touch a treatment plan.
For established patients. We review your treatment response, adjust medications where indicated, and continue building your plan. You will always know what we are doing and why.
A comprehensive clinical discussion for those outside Florida or those not seeking prescriptive care. We cover your symptom history, current medications, functional medicine considerations, and integrative treatment options including evidence-informed perspectives on psychedelic-assisted therapy and plant medicine. This is not a psychiatric evaluation and does not include diagnosis or prescription. It is a serious clinical conversation that gives you a clear map of your options and someone genuinely qualified to discuss them.
For licensed healthcare providers seeking peer-level clinical education on integrative psychiatry, functional medicine approaches to psychiatric presentations, psychedelic-assisted therapy, kambo, or plant medicine. No referral needed. Come with your questions.
All appointments are conducted via secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth. The prices above are current self-pay rates. Insurance-based options are coming soon; we are completing credentialing with commercial plans now and do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Until insurance is active, payment is collected at the time of your appointment, and depending on your plan you may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement with a superbill we are happy to provide. HSA/FSA accepted.
A note on controlled substances: RuLin Integrative Psychiatry does not routinely prescribe controlled substances, and this is not the place to seek stimulants or benzodiazepines on demand. Our approach is integrative and root-cause focused, and for most presentations we are able to find effective options that do not rely on controlled medications. Where a controlled substance is genuinely clinically indicated, it may be considered as one part of a comprehensive treatment plan, following a full evaluation, within an established clinical relationship, and subject to the federal and state regulations that govern telehealth prescribing.
